Missions

How can I make a difference?

How can we make a difference together?

I was hungry and you fed me,
I was thirsty and you gave me a drink,
I was homeless and you gave me a room,
I needed clothes and you clothed me,
I was sick and you looked after me,
I was in prison and you came to see me.
Matthew 25: 35 – 36

Caring for Others Together is the heart of Missions & Outreach at St. Timothy. We believe that we ALL are called by God to take the good news and love of Christ outside church walls to a hurting world. Simple acts of kindness can open all of our hearts to the love of Christ, both in those serving and those being served.

We Believe that all the things that really matter are accomplished through caring relationships. The purpose of the Mission & Outreach Team is to assist in relationally connecting community and global needs and opportunities with people and other resources. We are a team with an open invitation to all to come and connect. Our goal is to build missional community where we can network, create space to obey God’s leading, share resources, and serve with lasting impact.

Together we can change the world, one loving act of kindness at a time!
